Virtues Jiu-Jitsu Summer Camps: Returns and Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Policy

Virtues Jiu-Jitsu strives to accommodate the needs of our campers and their families. If you need to cancel your enrollment in the summer camp, please be aware of the following guidelines:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp begins are not eligible for a refund.

Transfer Policy

• Transfers: If you wish to transfer your registration to a different session, this can be done up to 15 days before the start of the originally scheduled camp, subject to availability.

Exceptional Situations

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as medical issues, please contact us directly. We are committed to working with families to find suitable solutions, which may include camp credit for future programs.
