Programs

Our Ladies Jitz & Fitz teaches variety of techniques, including basic strikes, escapes from grabs, and ground defense. Participants will also learn about situational awareness and how to avoid dangerous situations. This Program is led by experienced self-defense instructors and provides a safe and supportive environment for women to learn and practice these skills. Overall, our Ladies Jitz & Fitz Program is a valuable resource for women who want to feel more confident and prepared for anything.

Our Enchanting Tiny-Tot Program Designed for the younglings between the ages of 4 and 6, our Tiny-Tot program is a wondrous initiation into the world of Jiu-Jitsu. Our aim is to spark the flames of passion for this mystical art and equip them to take on our Big Kids Program with confidence. There are three classes offered weekly, schedule is found under the Facilities and Schedules tab. GI required (white or blue only, girls may wear pink), must be Potty Trained to be accepted into program.

Ages 7-13 yrs. old, 5 classes offered weekly. Schedule is found under facilities and schedules tab. GI required (white or blue only, girls may wear pink)

Ages 14 and Up, All classes are scheduled with Adults. GI required (white or blue only)

Ages 16- 96 yrs old, Self-Defense, 4 classes and 1 Open Mat weekly, GI required.
